David Stordy

Golden Living

David Stordy is President of Division 3 for Golden Living, with overall responsibility for the operations of 80 skilled nursing facilities and five assisted living facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio and West Virginia.

Before assuming his current role in November of 2008, Mr. Stordy was Senior Vice President of the Northeast Division for SunBridge Healthcare, where he was responsible for the overall operations of 78 nursing homes and assisted living facilities in nine states.

Before SunBridge, Mr. Stordy worked for Kindred Healthcare for nine years where he was Southeast Regional Senior Vice President and a Director of Operations. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, and he served as the Executive Director of Greenbriar Terrace Healthcare, a 300-bed, JCAHO accredited nursing center in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Mr. Stordy earned an Associate of Science degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Master’s degree in Community Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
